DESCRIPTION
The vertical sterilizer is a safe, reliable and automatically controlled sterilization device, which is consisting of a heating system, a microcomputer control system and a overheat overpressure protection system. The container has the advantages of reliable disinfection and sterilization effect, convenient operation, safe use, power saving and durability, and low cost, and is an ideal equipment for disinfecting and sterilizing surgical instruments, dressings, utensils and culture media by medical and scientific research units.
FEATURES
1. Microcomputer control, the LCD screen visualizes the sterilization process and touch buttons.
2. Dynamic liquid crystal display of temperature, pressure, time and vacuum; running process status display.
3. The process of water infusion, pulsating vacuum, heating, sterilization, drainage and steam drying, and vacuum drying are carried out automatically.
4. Three-pulse vacuum, vacuum can reach -0.081Mpa, ensuring efficient extraction of air from dressings, Class A, Class B cavity instruments.
5. There are four fixed procedures for instruments, dressings, rubber and liquid, and a user-defined sterilization program.
6. With standard PT/TT test interface for user detection.
7. Multiple pulsating vacuum drying systems after sterilization to ensure good drying of the sterilized items.
8. A 0.22 μm bacterial air filter is provided to ensure that the vacuum-cracked air is sterile and avoids re-contamination.
9. Handwheel translating quick-opening door structure, self-lifting seal.
10. Immersion electric heating tube with high thermal efficiency.
11. The soda water circulation system does not discharge steam outwards, and the environment is clean and dry.
12. The end of the sterilization buzzer reminds and automatically stops.
13. The machine is made of high quality stainless steel with a double stainless steel basket.
