1. Seamlessly Control with Siemens PLC: Utilizing a Siemens PLC control system and a user-friendly vinylon LCD touch screen, our bioreactor displays all measurements and control parameters. Additionally, the system supports versatile data management – use USB for data transmission, sampling, tank data display, system data analysis, and even settings adjustment.
2. Reliable Pumping System: Each tank is thoughtfully equipped with four peristaltic pumps situated adjacent to the front tank. These pumps expertly supply essential components such as acid, alkali, defoamer, and culture medium directly into the fermentation tank.
