This traverse winding process allows significant footage to be wound onto a single roll without becoming excessively large and challenging to handle.,Spool tape allows your machines to keep running longer, reducing costs associated with downtime, labor, and changeovers. Jumbo roll high temperature polyimide film tape is made of polyimide film with silicone adhesive, Polyimide Film tapes are reliable and durable with a unique combination of electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties that withstand extreme temperatures, vibration, and other demanding environments. They have excellent resistance to acids, oils, and solvents. Polyimide tape is made in spool form with lengths up to 4000 meters which is suitable for automatic production especially.

Features

* The backing of Kapton tape is made of silicone, which is sticky but will not leave residue on the surface after being torn off.

* The range of high temperatures that can be resisted is from 250℃ to 300℃. It can insulate and protect various electronic and electrical equipment.

* This heat resistant polyimide tape is made of polyimide, and the surface of the polymers film exhibits an excellent balance of physical, chemical, and electrical properties over a wide temperature range.

* Customize the length. Spool roll can use for machines.
