DESCRIPTION
Fully automatic dry nitrogen concentrator is a new type of concentration fixed volume product upgraded from multiple angles such as user convenience, safety, fast and stable combined with the needs of laboratory use. It has the characteristics of unattended, quasi-determined volume and mass concentration, and can store multiple groups of data to achieve fully automated quantitative and batch concentration. 1. 7-inch large LCD touch screen control, can handle 1-12 large-volume samples at the same time
2. Imported optical sensors are used for precise volume setting, which can be accurately set to 0.5ml/1ML/2ML
3. Independent volume adjustment device is used to ensure the volume accuracy of different color solvents
4. When concentrated to the preset capacity, the system automatically stops the nitrogen purge of the corresponding channel and keeps alarming. The alarm function can be turned off or on
5. Dry heating is used to prevent the sample from being contaminated by water vapor, ensuring the safety and accuracy of the sample
6. The heating module is made of pure aviation aluminum, with fast heating speed and good uniformity, and the module can be replaced at will
7 Automatic pressure regulating device is used to ensure the uniformity of air pressure in each gas path
8. Built-in multi-group data storage function, which can view the machine operation data in time
9. Hydraulic double-sealed door mirror protection system and built-in circulating fan system are used to ensure no volatile leakage
10. Nitrogen preheating function, the gas introduced is hot gas (temperature: about 45 degrees) to speed up the concentration reaction of the sample, and also prevent condensation between the volatilized concentrate and the blow needle, ensuring that the sample will not be contaminated and cross-infected
11. Nitrogen preheating function and independent throttling solenoid valve control ensure the air tightness of the gas path and greatly save nitrogen consumption.
