DESCRIPTION
The lifting and rotating reactor is based on the ordinary reactor, which can lift the reactor cover and the part above the reactor cover as a whole. After the stirring rod leaves the reactor body, the reactor body can be rotated 360 degrees to the left by the hand wheel, and the materials can be directly poured out, making it easier to clean the reactor body.
FEATURES
1. Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor. The speed is constant, no brushes, no sparks, safe and stable, and can work continuously, can be customized ex-proof motor.
2. The entire set of instruments is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant, which has good chemical and physical properties.
3. The mezzanine interface is connected with hot oil for circulation and heating reaction can be carried out, and the refrigerant liquid is connected with it for low-temperature reaction.
4. It can react at room temperature, and the reaction heat can be quickly taken away by running tap water on it.
5. The lower discharge port uses a stainless steel ball valve. There is no dead space in the container and it is removable to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
6. Eight-port reactor cover, can be customized, extra-large port design for easy cleaning, standard port socket for optional assembly of reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
7. The kettle body and kettle cover can be raised and lowered as a whole, and the kettle body can be rotated 360 degrees manually.
