DESCRIPTION
Electric diaphragm pump is driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer, so that the volume of the working chamber changes alternately, so as to continuously inhale and discharge the liquid. At the same time, in recent years, due to the breakthrough progress made in the material of diaphragm pump, the service life of the diaphragm has been greatly extended, so it is more and more widely used to replace some centrifugal pumps and screw pumps in petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries.
FEATURES
1. It can not only pump flowing liquid, but also transport some medium that is not easy to flow, and has many advantages of conveying machinery such as self-priming pump impurity pump;

6. Can be used to transport viscous liquids (below 10000 centipoise);
7. The flow is spacious, the passing performance is good, the maximum particle diameter allowed to pass is 3.2mm, and the pump wears little when pumping impurities;
8. Working environment range: 5-65°C, conveying medium range: -20°C-150°C;
9. The overcurrent part of the pump body can be divided into cast steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, fluoroplastic, etc. according to different user requirements; according to different media, the diaphragm can be divided into neoprene, fluorine rubber, nitrile rubber, PTFE Ethylene, Teflon, etc.;
10. Diaphragm pump motors can be divided into ordinary motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors and variable frequency speed control motors.
