1. Product Features

2. Usage
Prepare the bonding surface: Use a fiber-free cloth dipped in 50% isopropyl alcohol, acetone or toluene and other solvents to clean the bonding surface to ensure that the surface is clean and oil-free.
Shake the bottle: Before use, you need to shake the bottle containing 3M-94 Primer vigorously to ensure that the primer is evenly mixed.
Uniform coating: Use 3M special tools or brushes to evenly coat 3M-94 Primer on the bonding surface. The coating thickness is generally 2~4 microns.
Control drying time: The drying time depends on the temperature and humidity. The optimal drying time is 10~30 minutes (under the conditions of temperature 23℃ and humidity 65%).
Double-sided tape bonding: Stick the double-sided tape to the dried coating surface and apply a certain amount of pressure to ensure that the tape is tightly bonded to the surface of the adherend.
III. Precautions
Sealed storage: 3M-94 Primer is a chemically active substance. Each time it is used, only the amount used for the day (8 hours) needs to be taken out, and the rest should be sealed and stored.
Operating environment: When using 3M-94 Primer, good ventilation and a clean operating environment should be maintained to avoid dust and impurities from contaminating the primer.
Applicable materials: Although 3M-94 Primer is suitable for a variety of materials, it is best to conduct a small area test before use to ensure that the bonding effect meets the requirements.
