DESCRIPTION
The low vacuum atmosphere furnace is a new type of heat treatment equipment that combines vacuum technology with heat treatment technology. It mainly provides a high-temperature heat treatment environment for laboratories in universities, research institutes, factories and enterprises, and can be used in new materials fields such as metal materials, ceramic materials, nanomaterials, and semiconductor materials.
FEATURES
1. The furnace material is made of imported light weight high-purity alumina ceramic material, which has high hardness, does not fall off at high temperature, has no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, is environmentally friendly and safe, and meets international industry standards.
2. The heating element adopts high-quality resistance wire, which is stable and has a long service life. The resistance wire is evenly arranged around the furnace, and the temperature field is uniform.
3. Fast heating speed, uniform temperature, with temperature compensation and temperature correction functions, safe and efficient.
4. Adopt intelligent PID temperature control instrument, which can set the temperature rise curve and program 30 program segments.
5. Integrated structure, excellent appearance design, beautiful and generous.
6. The machine will send out an alarm signal for over-temperature during operation and automatically complete the protection action.
7. When the instrument program is set, just press the run button and the following work will be completed automatically.
8. Optional large-screen paperless recorder or RS232 communication interface can be used to realize real-time recording of the heating curve, and a memory card can be used to analyze and print the experimental data.
9. Over-temperature and disconnection during operation will send out sound and light alarm signals and automatically complete the protection action.
10. The equipment is equipped with an air circuit breaker, which will automatically pop open in the event of a short circuit or leakage, thus protecting the safety of the equipment and operators.
