1. Product Features

3. Usage method
Surface preparation: Use a fiber-free cloth dipped in 50% acetone (or other specified solution) to clean the bonding surface and ensure that the surface is completely dry.
Apply primer: Use 3M special tools or a fiber-free brush or roller to evenly apply 3M N-200 primer on the bonding surface, and control the coating thickness between 2 and 4 microns.
Drying: Wait for the primer to dry. The drying time is affected by temperature, humidity and coating thickness. Usually, the drying time is between 1 minute and 1 hour, and the optimal drying time is 10 minutes to 30 minutes (suitable temperature 23°C, humidity 65%).
Paste tape: Attach the dried double-sided tape to the coating surface and apply appropriate pressure to ensure the bonding effect.
IV. Precautions
Storage: 3M N-200 primer is a chemically active substance. It is recommended to take out only the amount required for the day (about 8 hours) each time it is used, and ensure that the remaining part remains sealed.
Operating environment: The operating environment should have good ventilation conditions and be kept clean to facilitate the drying and bonding effect of the primer.
Safety: During use, please follow the relevant safety operating procedures to avoid contact between the primer and eyes, skin or inhalation of its vapor. If accidentally contacted, please rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical help.
