Thermal Conductive Silicone Pad

Thermally conductive silicone pad is a kind of thermally conductive medium, which is used to reduce the contact thermal resistance between the surface of the heat source and the contact surface of the heat dissipation device. It is specially produced for the design scheme of using the gap to transfer heat. It can fill the gap and complete the gap between the heating part and the heat dissipation part. Excellent heat transfer, the product can be cut arbitrarily, which is conducive to automatic production and product maintenance. It has high thermal conductivity, excellent gap filling properties, high electrical insulation, flame retardancy, flexibility, compressibility.
