DESCRIPTION
Tablet hardness tester is used to measure the crush hardness of tablets. Applicable standards: JB/T20104-2007.
Single piece test: (the diameter, thickness and weight of the sample can be tested before the hardness test).
Cumulative test: (cumulative increment, real-time display of sample number, test speed, average, maximum value, minimum value, variance, standard deviation).
Program-controlled group test: (preset test parameters, maximum 10 groups, 1-20 pieces per group).
FEATURES
1. A new soft capsule hardness test mode is added, which can set the probe penetration depth, making the instrument more widely used.
2. Verification: Standard weights can be used to verify the accuracy of the machine. If there is a deviation in accuracy, the user can enter the calibration interface of the instrument; follow the on-screen prompts to easily eliminate the instrument error.
3. Embedded STM core processor, combined with the super-performance mechanical A/D module chip, ensures high-speed acquisition and lossless processing of measurement data. Provide professional users with reliable and accurate measurement results.
4. Before the hardness test, the diameter, thickness and weight of the sample can be tested.
5. The full measurement characteristic curve is displayed in real time, and the coordinates display the complete testing process, providing an intuitive basis for analyzing and evaluating the hardness of the sample.
6. Provide hierarchical management of administrator rights and general user rights (password login).
7. Automatically calculate the film ejection stroke, compress the test duty cycle, and improve work efficiency.
