DESCRIPTION
The tri-gas incubator is mainly used in research institutions that have high requirements for gas control and need to accurately control the gas ratio to simulate the in vivo environment, such as cell dynamics research, collection of mammalian cell secretions, research on the carcinogenic or toxicological effects of various physical and chemical factors, research and production of antigens, culture of hybridoma cells to produce antibodies, in vitro fertilization (IVF), stem cells, tissue engineering, drug screening and other fields. The tri-gas incubator usually has the ability to quickly restore temperature and gas ratio, which is essential for maintaining the stability of the culture environment.
FEATURES
- IR infrared sensor is used for CO2 gas concentration detection to calculate CO2 gas concentration. When working, the sensor has no mechanical wear, fast response speed, high reliability, good stability and long service life.
- Imported electrochemical oxygen sensor is used for CO2 gas concentration detection, which has the characteristics of good linearity, accurate detection, long service life and can fully meet user needs.
- All temperature detection uses imported PT100 resistance temperature sensor, which has stable performance and good linearity. Independent jacket temperature and door temperature control, the jacket temperature of five sides and the door temperature of one side are used to synthesize the studio temperature, with high accuracy.
- When the O2 gas concentration is less than 19.8%, high-purity N2 gas and CO2 gas are used to ensure the accuracy of CO2 gas concentration and O2 concentration.
- When the O2 gas concentration is greater than 23%, high-purity O2 gas and CO2 gas are used to ensure the accuracy of CO2 gas concentration and O2 concentration.
- The chamber adopts breeze circulation mode to make the air circulation close to the natural air convection, shorten the recovery time of temperature, humidity, O2 concentration and CO2 concentration, and ensure the balance of temperature, humidity, O2 concentration and CO2 concentration.
- When the chamber door is opened, the solenoid valve automatically closes and the breeze circulation stops automatically, reducing gas loss and saving gas source, and reducing the pollution caused by the outside air entering the chamber.
- The separate door temperature control system makes the constant temperature control in the chamber rarely affected by the change of ambient temperature.
- The temperature and gas concentration are both digitally displayed, which is intuitive, clear and accurate.
- It has multiple protection functions. When the displayed temperature exceeds the preset temperature, all heating power can be automatically cut off. It has an independent over-temperature relay protection function to ensure that the temperature does not exceed the preset value. 11. The water pan is naturally evaporated and humidified, and the humidity reaches 95%. It is made of 304 stainless steel, arc, and easy to clean.
